Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Vialy iOS app (“Vialy”, “we”, “our”), which is provided by Lunium AB, a Swedish limited company. By signing in to Vialy you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What Vialy is

Vialy is a personal logging, scheduling, and calculator tool for adults who have been prescribed injectable peptides by a licensed clinician. It lets you:

• Record vials you reconstitute, including the peptide, milligrams, and BAC water volume.
• Plan a protocol with phases, cadence, and dose times.
• Log each injection (timestamp, dose, body site, route, optional notes).
• Browse a reference catalog of peptides with informational notes.

Vialy is informational only. It does not sell substances, recommend prescriptions, facilitate purchases, or connect you to providers.

2. Vialy is not medical advice

Vialy is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional. Nothing in Vialy — including the peptide catalog, reference protocols, dose calculations, schedule reminders, or warnings — constitutes medical advice.

You are responsible for the substances you use, the doses you choose, and how you use Vialy to track them. Before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol, consult a licensed clinician. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop and seek medical help; do not rely on Vialy.

Reference information about peptides shown in the in-app library is drawn from public sources for educational use. It is not verified for any individual case and may contain errors or omissions.

3. Eligibility

You may use Vialy only if you are at least 17 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using Vialy you confirm that you are an adult under the law of your jurisdiction and that any protocol you log was prescribed to you by, or is being managed in consultation with, a licensed clinician.

4. Your account

You create an account by signing in with Apple. You are responsible for the security of the Apple ID that controls your account. Do not share access to your account. We will treat anyone who signs in with your credentials as you for the purposes of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings screen. Deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

When using Vialy, you agree not to:

• Use the app to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or circumvent any security feature.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or data of the app beyond what is permitted by law.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the app to assist anyone other than yourself in administering substances, or to make medical recommendations to others.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in Vialy (your vials, plans, logs, notes, and preferences). By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, transmit, and display that content to you across your devices solely so we can operate the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose, including training models or generating analytics.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Vialy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app and its backend may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or other reasons. Features may change, be added, or be removed.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vialy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the calculations, suggested protocols, reference data, scheduling, notifications, or any other output of the app are accurate or suitable for any individual case. You must verify any value before acting on it. Reliance on the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Lunium AB nor anyone associated with us will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Vialy, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Vialy, in aggregate, will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in your local currency.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, where relevant, liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

10. Termination

You may stop using Vialy at any time and delete your account from Settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vialy if you breach these Terms, if continuing to provide the service would expose us to legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonable, we will give you notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

11. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Effective” date and, where appropriate, give notice through the app or by email. Continuing to use Vialy after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve informally will be brought exclusively before the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
